I was cleaning out some old files and came across this beauty. Here is a training camp invite from the Toronto Maple Leafs to former NHLer, Jim Pappin.

Man, how times have changes in preparing for the NHL season from 1962 to today.

Note that golf is MANDATORY and that players were required to do a minimum of 20 push ups and sit ups. And by the way, what exactly is a knee bend again?
